About Me

Hi there, I’m Deb — an artist, a 'brave girl', and someone doing her best to live a creative, wholehearted life.

At heart, I’m a maker. I’ve always needed to create to feel balanced and connected, and I consciously try to shape a life that feeds my soul. I’m a bit of a homebody too, so most days you’ll find me in the little sanctuary I’ve created here in Witney, Oxfordshire — a cosy mix of studio, garden, pets, books, clay and paint.

A day well-spent usually includes caring for my animals, pottering in the garden, working with clay, getting lost in my art journal, cooking something comforting, or catching up with the people I love. I also need quiet time — reading, writing, sitting with myself — to keep everything in balance.

I currently make a range of hand-built ceramic homeware inspired by my garden and my travels. Ferns, leaves, flowers… I let the plants speak for themselves, and I love that each piece comes out a little different, with its own personality and story.

Alongside ceramics, I also teach expressive art and run small, soul-nourishing workshops from my home studio — gentle spaces for personal growth, play, and exploration.

If you’re curious about my process, my life, or the things I’m digging into beneath the surface, you’ll find plenty of that woven through my writing, my workshops, and the work itself.

Let’s connect through creativity…
